Product Services discovered that the affected oracle SKU’s were configured incorrectly. They have corrected these for National Pen and no longer see the ‘Failed to Sync to MCP’ error. Incident contained.

On Saturday, National Pen Mexico reported an issue with the Product Configuration UI wherein they get a ‘Failed to Sync to MCP-422 (Unprocessable Entity)’ error. The team was willing to wait for help on this until Monday and used a manual process as containment. Please help to investigate this failure to sync during business hours.
