Silkscreen Pens Image Orientation
Incident Resolved: PAP-2137
After further investigation and clarification, dev teams have found that the system is generating the PDF as expected but the fulfiller indicated that they are having to remediate the artwork on the files before production (images in the right column need to be flipped).
Since this is a change request rather than an existing bug or configuration problem, we will contain this incident and follow up during business hours to coordinate the necessary changes so that the correct orientation will be applied for this product.

Artwork has verified the MRD and it’s appears to be valid. Requesting assistance from D’ninjas to identify where the artwork might have been transformed during the creation of the PDF files for the affected orders.

Fulfiller states that all orders for this product are currently having this problem when batched, where the artwork for the right column is in the wrong orientation. Requesting assistance from Artwork techs to help determine if this is a prepress issue or somewhere else in the workflow.
