Snorlax squad has finished the deployment and now Vista/National Pen will be asking fulfiller to try shipping again. CTIM will await feedback before containing the incident.

Snorlax squad has found a ‘null’ value instead of the platform link that appears to be suddenly causing these failures. Snorlax is working on a fix. Next update in 1 hour, earlier if there is information to share.

Adding Snorlax team to the investigation. Request is if Snorlax owns, or knows who owns ‘platformitemlink’ as this missing data is causing Vista and National Pen to have failed shipments with one of their suppliers during an important launch.

Currently National Pen and Vista have raised an issue wherein items are unable to be shipped due to missing information on ‘platformitemlink’ as a Critical issue. This has been having some effect since September 25, but according to stakeholders has reached a critical level. The request is for Logistics Support to provide information on who owns and can resolve the issue surrounding the ‘platformitemlink’ which is necessary for successful shipment.
