CTIM has confirmed with Vista this incident can now be contained while Trdelnik team focuses on root cause. Any new information on root cause will be included in a Post Incident Analysis within one week.

All orders have now transmitted to the Bullet supplier. Vista will now need to reach out to CARE to handle customer communication on orders that are/will be late.

Currently 400 of the 911 total affected orders have been re-transmitted to Bullet Supplier. Next update when all orders have been remediated.

Trdelnik squad has now initiated the script meant to transmit the 895 orders that Bullet supplier has not yet received. The team expect it to take between 1-1.5 hour to finish. Next update as soon as team confirms the script has finished.

Trdelnik squad is currently working on a script that would push orders that have never made it to Bullet supplier (895 orders) through to them for production. Teams have agreed to push all orders through though some might be late. CARE will then need to reconcile the late orders with customers. Next update when the script has finished.

Product Operations became aware on October 2nd via Vista teams that Vista PPAG orders to Bullet supplier have not transmitted since September 19. Product Catalog’s Trdelnik team are already investigating this with high priority. Next update in 1 hour or earlier if there is information to share.
