Incident Resolved: PAP-2124
MIS D’Ninjas made configuration changes that have allowed for National Pen Mexico to manually create batches on the affected laser MX-LSR-220 machine. Incident is now contained.

Today, at beginning of laser shift at National Pen Mexico, five batches of 340 items were auto-reassigned out of the plan for today’s production. This is for machine MX-LSR-220. As this process takes a longer time to finish and this affects so many items, the Mexico plant requires this looked at urgently.
