Incident Resolved: PAP-2105
The affected order has been marked as ‘production terminated’ and won’t be batched again. Root cause will be determined once we receive further details from NP on why the cancellation request wasn’t sent from Oracle to Paperless services. At this point the incident is contained.

UPDATE:

The order cancellation from Oracle hasn’t been reflected in the paperless system as expected. Symphony squad is currently reviewing the issue (after Rhydon and D’ninjas confirmed the problem).
