Moving the incident to contained status as all the batches in the current plan have been reassigned. The batches should appear normally in the new shift.

UPDATE:
D’Ninjas squad did an analysis and identified that there is no issue with PET. The batches are not visible on the PET UI because all the batches from the current shift have already been reassigned or completed. New batches will become visible once the next shift begins. Requesting National Pen team to check and confirm the status of batches in current shift.

D’Ninjas squad suspects it to be an issue with the PET API and is still working to identify the exact cause.

After their investigation, the Rhydon squad found no issues with the batches and suspects the problem may be related to PET. Requesting assistance from the D’Ninjas squad with this.

National Pen - Mex team has escalated an issue where multiple batches are stuck on four of the Dacen machines. Due to this they are unable to produce any batches on these machines. Requesting immediate assistance to investigate this.
