“Rhydon Squad has investigated and found that these batches cannot be produced on Machine 079. Instead, they can be produced on Machine 03 and Machine 21 as per the product mapping. We request the National Pen team to check and confirm from their end.

Order 51688503.2 seems to be stuck in reprinted status. Production tried to manually batch to laser machine 079 but there are multiple batches that are held in ‘reassigned’ status and the order that needs to be produced isn’t able to be dropped to that machine.
