This issue was resolved after scaled up EU-west to handle the increased traffic. Auto scalp is already configured and team will check into the scaling policies. Doc extension team will share the RCA.

UPDATE:

Artwork found traffic that has increased considerably ( in both regions ) since start of September. This is much higher than last year’s peak season traffic.
Action Taken
Artwork have scaled up EU-west to handle the increased traffic. they will observe if that has any impact on reducing the 502’s
