Rhydon has found that the information showing in Box Up FOOT is confusing, but the two concerned orders have been shipped. Conversation to clarify this and seek process improvement is ongoing.

We have two RIP fail records in Product Planner / Problems / Event RIP Failures. When trying to process with a REPRINT both give a Rhydon Squad error.
