Inkjet Batches Not Auto-Reassigned

Incident Resolved: PAP-2067
Batch reassignment appears to be functioning as expected again. Rhydon has modified the timeout for processing the reassignment event passed from Symphony’s service (Schedule Tracker). This should help prevent future occurrences. The incident is contained.

Escalation sent to: Fulfillment: Rhydon Squad

Symphony initiates the event but the actual re-assignment is handled by Rhydon. Therefore Symphony needs to ask Rhydon to verify if the re-assignment occurred. If it hasn’t, Rhydon will need to resolve the issue on their end. Requesting Rhydon to look into this issue.
