Incident Resolved: PAP-2063
A few batches have been stuck in the machine since the 9th. These contained very old orders. Rhydon and Dninja have now reassigned the batches, which resolved the issue. Moving the case to contained, as NatlPen-CZH confirmed that they received the first job.

Before, everything worked normally, and Piranha was receiving jobs as expected. No configuration changes were made so something must have happened in the background. National Pen (CZH) already created a ticket for this two days ago (#PAP-2057). While they initially found a workaround by assigning the DPK to a different device, it ultimately didn’t resolve the issue—only the jobs were scheduled, but Piranha still didn’t receive them. National Pen (CZH) thinks there must be something going on in the background.
