No jobs are being downloaded even though a plan is scheduled

Incident Resolved: PAP-2057
National Pen (CZH) confirmed that their team found a workaround by assigning the DPK to a different device. They reassigned the batches from the affected device, everything is working as intended and also the configuration is identical. Incident is contained.

Rhydon reported that based on their initial assessment, they did not find any backlog supported by this device (DPK) in their system, indicating that orders are not stuck. We are currently awaiting a response from National Pen to confirm this.

According to Piranha, no jobs are showing despite National Pen (CZH) seeing batches on the scheduler UI. The active device ID is 57fba8d1-8375-4035-99c7-f5bb76148d3d. No configuration changes have been made and this issue occurred randomly. Currently more than 4,160 batches pending download in the Piranha app. Requesting Rhydon to help on this issue.
