Box-up Batch stuck at SCHEDULED

Incident Resolved: PAP-2048
Rhydon has removed the order with the expired MRD from the batch, which allowed the batch to go into production. This was confirmed by Box-up, hence, moved the case status to ‘contained.

Rhydon have removed the order with expired MRD from the batch. The plant can work on the batch. Till then Rhydon will figure out a remedy for the order with expired MRD.

Currently, Dninja’s informed that the MRD has been expired for this FI, hence package cannot be created. Dninja’s have to correct the artwork, but they don’t know how it is done for Box up.

Box-up have another batch this morning that will not process out of status = SCHEDULED. Batch ID = 7489d2a7-a562-43fb-9618-76639c6d9057. This batch was created yesterday after #PAP-2046 incident was contained. It remained at SCHEDULED throughout the night. I re-assigned it this morning in an attempt to trigger it to PRODUCTION READY, but this did not work.
