Artwork is encountering rejections for Photobooks due to SKU change CIM-6A6N7V1J

Incident Resolved: CTIM-805
Product Operations attempted to resubmit the orders. Out of 54 orders, 35 are in production, 2 are processing and 16 have been canceled. The team will request assistance from the remediation team to resubmit the canceled items. The incident is now considered contained.

Product Operations updated the the prepress parameter URL and published a new version also confirmed that the prepress step and the document transformation have been closed and all good. Pending with all rejected orders to be reordered.

Product Operations noticed that the shared URLs that needed updating were not valid. They have corrected it on CIM-6A6N7V1J and pushed a new version. Consumer to try replacing one order from their end.

Due to the SKU change to CIM-6A6N7V1J, Artwork for Photobooks is encountering rejections with the error message: “The remote server returned an error due to a transient issue.” Currently, 58 items have been rejected because of this issue. The problem was reported around 3:30 PM IST and Artwork has identified the issue. It seems the prepress parameters has extra letter ‘s’ and that is causing the issue. Requesting Product Operations team to fix this.
