Multiple users are unable to access their orders page when trying to reorder items.

BoxUp Dev has released a patch for this issue and the incident is contained now.

This was functioning correctly until the first time BoxUp reported it. BoxUp need it to work as it did before. Previously, the order was displayed and the customer could download the artwork for their order, then upload it into the editor. This issue isn’t just affecting migrated orders; it’s impacting all orders in the “My Orders” section. BoxUp receiving at least one report on this issue daily. These migrated orders have not caused any issues for the 3 years they have been in here and have just started causing issues.

Initially, it was reported that 2 users were having an issue, but now multiple users are reporting it every day. This is a recurring pattern, and #ctim-790 was just an example. Currently, eCom-support is working on this issue.
