Incident Resolved: CTIM-802
Ecommerce confirmed services are stable and they will retry the affected line items and provide an update here. Both reported BUs have confirmed that they noticed an improvement in Cockpit behavior and the rejection rate has decreased. Incident is contained.

UPDATE:

Issues with Cockpit may have been experienced by all Business Units using this service, but were specifically confirmed by the Printdeal and Pixart business units. Services seems to be stable now. Waiting for confirmation from BUs to confirm on this.

Printdeal is currently unable to load Cockpit and is also experiencing issues on their website. Pixart is also experiencing multiple items being rejected with a ‘FulfillmentError.’ These items are transitioning from ‘WaitingForDocReview’ to ‘DocReviewRejected’ with a generic reason provided. Ecommerce is looking into the issue with highest priority.
