As per the discussion on the call, its understood that the issue was noticed 25 minutes ago. Vista observed service degradations in services like Checkout and Studio Success due to timeouts when making calls to the CT RANCH service, as noted by a Vista engineer. The service is now functioning again and this is no longer an active incident. However, since it caused significant issues on the Vista side—such as customers being blocked from checkout and accessing Studio—Vista need to trace the root cause of the issue and determine the duration of the disruption. Requesting Strandbeest team to work on the root cause.
