UPDATE:
APS (National Pen) has not yet responded to email/slack messages about Pick and Pack orders and how they should be handled. D’Ninja’s team had a previously scheduled meeting with National Pen today and would bring this to their attention to try and get clarity. In the meantime, Mexico plant is responding that they still have the same issues and do Inkjet workflow is blocked.
UPDATE:
Email request sent to APS (National Pen) for clarification of the GA Pick and Pack order shipping requirements. Will update again as soon as we have more details from them to pass along to Paperless dev teams.
UPDATE:
Escalation sent to: Paperless: Symphony Squad
CTIM requesting Symphony Squad to stop order injection for National Pen pick and pack orders that require aggregation as this is currently not supported and causing orders to become ‘stuck.’ Once stuck, orders require manual intervention by D’Ninja’s. Until code can be changed to rectify the situation we’d like to block these orders from creation. Please assist during business hours.
UPDATE:
Requesting Rhydon on call to investigate again at priority during their business hours.
UPDATE:
Escalation sent to: Fulfillment: D’Ninjas
Adding D’ninjas to help with the next step of processing these stuck orders.
