Cimpress Tech has confirmed that order flow issue is related to National Pen side of order flow. National Pen will be further investigating this incident. CTIM incident considered resolved.

After investigation, Symphony Squad has found that this issue is related to National Pen’s Oracle team. CTIM is currently trying to contact someone from this team.

NatlPen-CZH removed the CALENDAR HOLD for EWC-XXX-25IWX-GB-M on 14/08/2024. After that, all orders dropped in the paper flow for some reason, although this product is onboarded in Paperless. The product is part of the EWC family, Inkjet decoration, and Calendar product type. Looking into the Paperless Dashboard, I see the following commentary: “Processed 08/14/2024 13:01:36. Currently, it’s impacting more than 100 orders.
