Its uncertain if any specific fixes were applied but BoxUP confirmed that the situation is no longer urgent and all issues have subsided. Incident is moved to contained status.

Incident Updated: BoxUp now has two out of the three orders working correctly indicating that the issue may have been partially resolved. The other orders being entered also appear to be correct. However the one mentioned earlier is still displaying incorrectly midway through the process.

Incident Updated: After discussions between Alchemy and BoxUp, it appears that the issue is originating from the EDO side as the correct prices are visible in the UI but are not consistent throughout the entire process. It seems to be an error in how Cockpit is displaying the information. The pricing on the website appears correct but the shipping prices displayed in Cockpit are incorrect.

Escalation sent to: Platform Support for review.
Shipping prices have increased significantly causing issues with manual orders where BoxUp had previously sent shipping quotes to customers via email which were then approved. Now the system is showing incorrect pricing and there is no option to override it. As a result BoxUp is unable to submit these orders until the issue is resolved. It’s important to note that BoxUp has not raised any shipping prices and since all pricing is flat, it is not being calculated in real-time.
