Orders Stuck in The "Confirmed" or "Initial" Status

BoxUp confirmed that they don’t see any stuck orders. Incident is moved to contained status. BoxUp dev to share the root cause and preventive measures to fix the problem permanently.

Incident Updated: BoxUp Dev indicates that this issue is not related to today’s changes. Instead it comes from a bug associated with the key rotation process which occurs every 90 days. This bug was triggered on Saturday leading to the current issue. BoxUp Dev is actively looking into this issue to roll out a fix soon.

BoxUP is uncertain about the issue but one of their reports shows numerous orders stuck in the “Initial” status. Meanwhile in the cockpit many orders are listed as “confirmed.” Orders are expected to remain in these two statuses for only a few seconds before transitioning to the next status. Nearly 15-20 orders are stuck.
