Production has confirmed the issue is resolved and the Helix entity tracker is working as expected now. Incident is contained.

National Pen is trying to use the service account helix_op@pens.com for production in entity tracker but it’s throwing a permissions error. They have currently stopped production until we can get the account set up properly. Requesting Platform Support to assist in redirecting the issue to the right team who can handle setting these permissions up.
