Incident Resolved: CTIM-764
D’Ninjas found that a config change had impacted the order in question which has been fixed and the order successfully injected. They confirmed other sample blanks for customers had been processed as expected. We will check with the teams on the config change and include the info in our summary. The immediate incident is now contained.

Incident Updated: Symphony confirmed that the order had been sent to the Orders Service via the MIS Adaptor, though the ‘accepted’ response was not received in return. D’Ninjas squad is currently reviewing the order flow from their end.
