Incident Resolved: CTIM-763
National Pen confirmed that the issue with orders on 29th July 2024 is now resolved. They also randomly checked few orders for which they are receiving response from MCP after the retransmission of orders. Incident is moved to contained status.

Incident Updated: Product Operations managed to find the stuck orders and retransmit them. Orders are going through now. Awaiting response from National Pen to confirm on this.

Orders for National Pen are stuck in the processing stage. National Pen’s order log indicates that the last event was submitted on July 29th yet the status indicates Completed when they check the result URL. Requesting Product Operations to look into this.
