Currently, we are waiting for a response from NatPen-Mex to check the ‘surface count’ attribute for this product and correct the configuration. However, we cannot keep the case status open for 24 hours without a response, so we are moving the case status to ‘contained’.

Incident Updated: Rhydon has found that a change to the product configuration is causing the issue and would need to be reverted. They’ve asked that the fulfiller check the ‘surface count’ attribute for this product and correct the config.

National Pen have duplicate batches in the PDFs of process silkscreen Bags. These doubling batches affecting the production process since there is a risk of doubling the production of bags and generating scrap.
