Orderability issue in PODS and SPEEDO services are blocking customer checkout

Incident Resolved: CTIM-742
Once the BES secret was updated, error rates dropped rapidly and currently the issue appears to be contained. CTIM will leave this channel open for now, just in case we need to spin things up, but will close this out once our postmortem work is complete.

Postmortem activities will take place next week during business hours, and CTIM will work with VistaPBM to ensure that Postmortem data is shared and presented to all relevant stakeholders.

Incident Updated: Update: This doesn’t appear to be an issue with EDO: As per Richard from Strandbeest: ‘it looks like a client secret was updated for the Binding and Evolution Service and it broke some of the outgoing authentication calls which is also affecting Ranch’
