National Pen has switched over their Helix products to paperless transactions. They haven’t received a permission group ID to use on PET to access the Helix workflow. They have an urgent order that needs to be shipped within two hours, so the production team is unable to access the helix, which is why they are not seeing batch CZ-HEL-B-20240718-001 on PET (they are getting error 403 poop instead). They are requesting to provide permission group ID + make me admin so they can grant access to production teams accordingly.
