Escalation sent to: CT Incident Management for review.
The migration of the logistics configuration service resulted in an error in the Planning API, impacting shipping services and checkout for all businesses using IDP. Currently, there is a 100% fallback rate in EDO being returned to Vistaprint and BoxUp, and IDP is not providing any deliverable dates at all. Additionally, orders are accumulating in routing. Logistics team is looking into this issue
