New Incident: CTIM-731
Priority: High
Escalation sent to: CT Incident Management for review.
The RANCH background processing has encountered a problem that could result in outdated response data and lead to failed validation of new merchant product versions for Vista until the issue is resolved. Clients will still receive successful returns from Ranch, but the data changes made as of approximately 12:20am EDT may not be reflected. Strandbeest wanted to make sure that a communication would be sent out. Currently, Strandbeest suspects that Redis is a component of this issue but needs to conduct further investigation.
