Incident Updated: The error in question is coming from the PET UI. Currently awaiting production to attempt to retry the action which caused the initial error to rule out network instability before paging D’ninjas for further assistance.

National Pen (MEX) is receiving an error on a specific press (Brother-052) that indicates ‘Download Failed - Network Error’. They’ve indicated that local IT has verified the connection to that device. Request Press Integration assistance in identifying where the problem might be originating.
