Batches stuck on Brother 50 & 53

All batches have been updated and are now ready for production. Both machines are also unblocked. The incident is now contained.

Incident Updated: Batches are currently being split up for machine Brother-50. One is already available (production ready status). That machine should now be unblocked. We will wait to contain the issue once the other batches have been remediated.
Incident Updated: Rhydon has been looking into the issue and have unblocked machine Brother-53. They’re currently working on the other batches.

National Pen (MEX) has two machines that have stopped production due to batches stuck in ‘package creation’ and need assistance in splitting the batches to continue. The affected machines are Brother-050 and Brother-053.
