Currently, 1641 orders are suspended in routing state for all the Busniss Units.

Incident Resolved: CTIM-682
Orders were suspended in the Fulfillment Expectations step, but it appears that the issue has been resolved. Subsequently, the team attempted to bulk retry the orders, which seems to have resolved the issue. All the orders that were previously suspended have now successfully moved to production.

Initially, 1800 orders were suspended in the routing state, but currently the count has decreased to 1200 orders. It is affecting all the Business units who use routing services. To analyze this spike in orders, we are paging Product Operations for assistance with this issue.
