Incident Updated: The team identified the cause of the issue to be related to a change set introduced by the Pricing Strategy team, which doesn’t align with the Priceable Entity. Currently, the Alchemy squad is trying to roll back the change set to the previous working one to fix the issue.

We have received reports of failure for mailing services postcards which are failing when calling the web prices & are preventing customers from adding to cart, more details in incident channel. This has been happening for over 4 hours now & probably affecting more customers. Can someone please assist with this on priority.
