As per the latest update, the Feds team noticed orders being stuck and restarted the environment, which resolved the issue. As per the confirmation from the Dispatch team, we are moving this case to the ‘contained’ status. We will send a summary and monitor the case for 24 hours.

Dispatch squad has been alerted that about 1700+ orders are stuck in the fulfillment expectations workflow step and climbing. Similar to CTIM-664, they are seeing the same 502 errors from the Fulfillment Expectations Service. Requesting immediate assistance from the Feds squad to investigate the issue.
