Rollback of website pricing service to previous version completed. Incident is contained but we will follow up with BoxUp tomorrow to confirm the resolution.

Incident Updated: Previous deployment to website pricing is currently being rolled back. That should reverse the change in response to calls from eCommerce and resolve the issue. Will wait for confirmation and test to be sure before containing the incident.

Incident Updated: The problem was identified as a change in the expected response when calling the website pricing service (discountSources.discountSourceId). Requesting PCD to assist as the change would need to be reverted for the discount codes to work again. Currently Alchemy squad has joined to investigate.

Incident Updated: eCommerce is currently investigating. Attempts to create an order from the BoxUp website are still unsuccessful and show a uuid for the promo display name (as opposed to the entered code), which is unexpected behavior. Will update again once further details become available or a fix is in-place.

BoxUp has reported various issues when placing orders with promo codes in both Cockpit UI and the website. Discount codes aren’t working in either UI, preventing orders from being completed. Cockpit shows ‘Coupon Code could not be applied’ and orders from the website show a popup that about a price update when they try to complete the order.
