Incident Updated: Since recent round of improvements by Amarok squad the impact reported by Pixart in CTIM-661 has remained stable. CTIM is now consolidating CTIM-661 with CTIM-662 and ask that any new incidents be reported in the CTIM-662 channel.

Services have stabilized and rate limits in-place to prevent future occurrences. No further issues reported, incident is now contained.
