Incident Updated: After reviewing the details and timelines, we believe this issue is likely due to a previous incident within PCD pricing that was resolved earlier today. The most recent examples from customers that occurred post-resolution of the pricing issue could be caused by cached session data. PCD support teams will continue to try and reproduce the problem and CTIM will monitor the incident channel for additional reports.

Incident Updated: PCD support teams are currently investigating the issue submitted via fullstory at the moment. Although we weren’t currently able to recreate the issue internally, teams are working to isolate possible causes.

BoxUp reported issues with customers being unable to add items to their cart. Users indicate there’s no errors, but website will hang on loading without adding to the cart. Pricing info doesn’t appear to load correctly after adjusting item quantities. Requesting PCD: Product Ops to help identify whether this is a product configuration or pricing issue. BoxUp devs have also been engaged as we try to gather more specific errors/logs related tot his issue.
