Cannot create orders in cockpit (BoxUp)

Incident Resolved: CTIM-612
Test orders in Cockpit for BoxUp are processing successfully. Will confirm with production that they’re also able to create orders again. At this point, the incident is contained.

Incident Updated: Dev team is currently running the pipelines with the newly-configured SSL certificates. We will know in the next 5-10min whether the issue is resolved once this process has completed.

Incident Updated: eCommerce devs are working on the certificate configuration between AWS and Temporal that is used during the ECS startup for Boxup Cart Orchestration service (which was failing). Testing is ongoing, will continue to provide updates every 30min or sooner if a resolution has been implemented.

Incident Updated: ECS cluster startup continues to fail despite reverting to previous configuration. The issue has been escalated to AWS support to help identify and rectify the error thrown by the startup process.

Incident Updated: Support teams have isolated the issue with the BoxUp Cart Orchestration service. It appears to have been caught in a loop due to errors when starting, which is currently being fixed. Devs are attempting to restart the ECS cluster with a last-known-good task to remediate.

Incident Updated: eCommerce devs have identified SSL-related certificate errors with the cart orchestration api service. After restarting, the service now shows status 500 errors (internal server error), which are currently being diagnosed. Another update to be provided in 30min or sooner if a fix is pushed.

Incident Updated: Support teams are online and investigating. They’ve found 504 (timeout) errors being thrown when using the ‘Carts’ page within Cockpit. Progress update will be provided again in 30min or sooner if a resolution is implemented.
