It has been an hour since this incident was contained, and we have not seen a recurrence. We are marking this incident as resolved. Within five business days, we will post a link the the post mortem of this incident here.

We believe we have contained this incident and will continue to monitor. We have asked GSO agents to use the new version of the app.

Problema Identificado

The Tools team has reverted back the changes that triggered the issue. We currently have approximately 1200 orders stuck in the Review service, and we are actively working to unblock these orders.

We have started receiving improper JSON from review requests. Many orders are affected by this issue. We will update this page once we receive any updates regarding it.
