Incident Resolved: CTIM-586
We observed another spike of increased response times from ~2:45-2:55pm ET with correlated EDO failures that has since recovered. The incident is contained at this point unless occurrences of fallback orders due to timeouts from failed EDO requests increase again to unacceptable levels.

Incident Updated: EDO failure rates are currently at normal levels and planning api transaction rates have improved. Still monitoring for increases in response times before considering the issue contained. Will update again at 2:45pm ET and close the incident if stability continues.

Incident Updated: Revert to previous planning api version completed. Monitoring EDO failures for changes/improvement. Teams also considering increasing timeouts for calls to the api, possibly reducing the amount of resulting fallbacks.

Incident Updated: Labe squad online an investigating. Response times for the planning api are dropping to normal levels for the past 40min, although orders continue to exhibit variations in EDO failure rates (currently spiking again).

Product Catalog and Vista PBM teams have reported delayed response times from the planning api when called for EDO and IDP services. This is causing timeouts for customers due to the inability to calculate delivery dates during checkout. Slowness appears to have started around 8am ET, more details in channel.
