Incident Updated: Most backbone services have recovered, although there remains some errors with backbone pricing service. Reports from fulfillers indicate that most products are currently loading but we’re continuing to investigate examples of the failed items.
Incident Updated: After increasing auth service instances to handle the increased throughput of requests (and the resulting degraded performance), the current health of the auth service response appears to be back to normal. Currently working to ensure backbone services have recovered (as well as the downstream services that rely on it).
Incident Updated: Adding current impact for Tradeprint: the issue is causing prices to fail to load across the website. Support teams are online and actively investigating.
