Incident Resolved: PS-102926
Incident has been contained. The ‘maxDiscountAmount’ value has been adjusted to allow processing and validation methods are being implemented to prevent future occurrences.

Incident Updated: Root cause identified and fix currently being pushed now. Affected carts were those using specific coupons that included an attribute (maxDiscountAmount) with a value that caused a failure in most recent release of the pricing service. Will update again as soon as the fix is in prod and we can confirm the symptoms have been resolved.

Some BoxUp customers are currently unable to complete orders due to an issue with the website pricing service quote endpoint. Impact limited to ~10% of customer checkouts. Alchemy Squad already investigating the issue and working on a potential fix.
