Printdeal has confirmed that containment steps laid out by FEN squad have allowed production to remove items from the UI which were already shipped and produce as expected. Incident contained. A Summary will be sent within 24 hours.

Incident Updated: FEN Squad has outlined a containment plan for Printdeal to follow to efficiently remove items that are already produced from their ganging pools to contain this incident. Printdeal has agreed to take these steps, CTIM to confirm with customer once done that all is working as expected.

Discrepancy in Cockpit vs Order Operations has old orders showing in the ganging pools in Cockpit for Printdeal. So far only reported by Printdeal, but reported as urgent. More information and examples in Slack channel.
