Agents are not able to process the Dark Images Flow order in the consolidated Review App.
This issue was fixed on the same day 15th Feb, and we have not seen a recurrence.
We are marking this incident as resolved. Within five business days, we will post a link the the post mortem of this incident here.
We believe we have contained this incident and will continue to monitor. Unless there is a recurrence, we will mark this incident resolved in one hour.
We have identified the issue and applied fixed. Now we all are getting a preview of the dark image orders in the consolidated application. We are waiting for the confirmation from the GSO Team.
We are aware of an issue impacting only Dark Image flow orders. The Artwork tools development team is investigating the issue. We will update this status page again as soon as we have more information or in 30 minutes, whichever is sooner.
