Incident Updated: Order processing continues to improve for the affected business units. Will wait to consider the issue contained until we can confirm previous backlog has been processed successfully.

Incident Updated: Currently >1000 orders stuck in processing across multiple business units. The issue was noticed in Printdeal/Boxup initially but has affected other fulfillers as well.

The orders show ‘pending’ status (ie. stuck in transmission). This will likely have an effect on delayed/late items to customers.

Trdelnik squad has already resolved the suspected issue with their service and verified orders are now processing successfully on their end. Will post another update within 30 minutes or sooner as we can confirm the re-submitted orders are progressing within the plants.
