All merchant product (SKU) creation and editing is blocked
We consider this incident resolved.
We believe the service has been working and stable for some time already. We currently consider the issue contained, but we’re still digging into cause and will keep monitoring that this is working.
Any business using merchant SKUs will be affected and will not be able to create or edit SKUs. Vista and several of the European upload and print businesses are affected.
We are still investigating how to fix this issue. We will post another update in 30 minutes or whenever we have more information to share, whichever comes first.
A software incident is preventing the editing and creation of merchant SKUs in the MCP PIM. The technical team is engaged and is testing a fix.
Existing data is accessible, so order flow and checkout are unaffected.
