We are aware of an issue where are orders being rejected due to error Failed to render PDF: Font with encoding ‘auto’: Font name too long. About 40 orders are being reported to be rejected. The technical team is investigating. We will update this status page again as soon as we have more information or in 30 minutes, whichever is sooner.
