High error rates observed on eCommerce Payments Service
The team discovered unauthorized access attempts to Payment Service from a random IP address, resulting in multiple 401 error codes.
The team took action to block the IP through WAAF rules and will be notifying Cimpress Security Teams for further investigation.
Further measures will be implemented to prevent such activity.
We are aware of an issue impacting Payments service of eCommerce impacting adding payment on Carts, Orders and Wallets. The technical team is investigating. We will update this status page again as soon as we have more information or in 30 minutes, whichever is sooner.
