Incident Resolved: PS-81179
Logistic’s Support’s Labe Squad has successfully resolved incident by reverting a change made at 9:20am ET which was clearly affecting checkout with certain carriers on the Indian Vista site. Post incident it has become clear this would have affected more sites, only Deer Park conclusively at this time. To what severity all locations were affected during this 2.5 hour window will be reported in later Post Mortem as investigation continues.

Team is currently redeploying an older code version at this time and then will report back after testing if this improves customer checkout experience.

Incident Updated: Product Operations is currently investigating an incident originally escalated by Vista PBM that some products on the website do not have shipping options. Teams are so far unable to recreate the issue and reaching out to Vista PBM for more examples.
